“A Date to Remember” is a mystery you’ll find in the Museum Wing of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle’s Vatican. You’ll find a locked chest in a fascist tent in the area’s hedge garden(?).
Our Indiana Jones and the Great Circle “A Date to Remember” guide will show you how to find the chest combination for “A Date to Remember.”
How to start the ‘A Date to Remember’ mystery
“A Date to Remember” is in the fascist tent in the Vatican’s Museum Wing. You’ll explore this area during either “The Secret of Giants” fieldwork (where you photograph the remaining Strange Inscriptions) or “A Nun in Trouble” fieldwork (where you rescue Giuliana from the Blackshirts).
To start “A Date to Remember,” you just need to interact with the locked chest in the tent or pick up one of the notes on the desk.
‘A Date to Remember’ clues
There are three clues you need to solve the “A Date to Remember” mystery and find the lock’s combination. Look on the desk for the Secret Delivery Letter and the Calendar Page. Check the drawer on the left of the desk to find the Code Lookup Table.
‘A Date to Rembember’ solution and code
The Secret Delivery Letter gives you a code word — DICE — that the Code Lookup Table translates into numbers depending on the day of the week. According to the scribbled note on the letter, the day of the delivery isn’t the right day to look at.
Instead, you’re looking for the day of the week the letter was sent — October 15. If you check the Calendar Page, you’ll see that it was a Friday (Venerdi in Italian).
The Code Lookup Table will now give you the correct day — just take note that the lookup table’s week starts on Monday, not Sunday. You’re looking for the fifth column — the one labeled Ven.
Now, when you look up the code word, DICE, you’ll find the chest’s combination — 6380.
Inside the chest, you’ll find Giovanni’s Letter, some cash, and the Vatican Medicine exploration book that puts medicine bottles on your map (part of the “A Remedy for All” discoveries).
